External Hemorrhoids Treatment

What Is External Hemorrhoid?

External hemorrhoids occur when the renal veins swell and engorge the tissue around the opening of the anus. Physically, it would appear as a fleshy lump that is reddish and painful to the touch.

Can External Hemorrhoids Vanish On Its Own?

External hemorrhoids requires proper treatment and care, unfortunately it will not go away on its own. What is required for a permanent cure for hemorrhoids is a good understanding of what hemorrhoids are and the right treatment for your condition.

What Causes External Hemorrhoids

The main external hermroids cause appears to be pressure exerted on the vessels that supply blood to the hemroidal cushions in the anal region.
The pressure on these vessels may come from one or more causes including (but not limited to): digestive problems like constipation and diarrhea; sitting on the toilet for a prolonged period of time; sitting too long at a desk or in a seat etc; obesity and/or excess weight; and pregnancy (in women).
If you are pregnant or have a serious health problem with your large intestine, your external hemorrhoids may not clear up until the health condition is either gone or controlled. Pregnancy is obviously not a disease, but pregnancy-related hemorrhoids often stick around until a couple of months after birth. No matter what state your body is in, lifestyle and diet changes still help with both internal and external hemorrhoid treatment.
Age is also an important factor in developing hemroids, both external and internal, with older people being at a higher risk, especially those above 50 years of age.
